Nearly the end of year!!!

Last time I up-loaded my article was in the beginning of this year!
I have to apologise that I was't working on this blog hard enough this year.

So, I'm informing you that we, Bristol Japanses Cultural Society, are holding the second Mochitsuki event on Sunday the 2nd of February 2020.
Here we are.
If you live near Bristol UK, pop in and have some o-mochi and Miso soup.
And, if you have a chance, you can pound a mochi.
It'll be so much fun.

Mochitsuki and sushi workshops

We're holding a Mochitsuki event at Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol tomorrow!


However, fully booked now. Sorry for that. 
This event is organised by, a bland new, Bristol Japan Cultural Society.

I'm so excited to hold workshop here.

Simple Pickling (Asazuke) workshop at the Community Farm
Sorry for not to upload any news for ages. It's 2019!!!!!Time passes so quickly.


I had many workshops of sushi, pickling, teas and origami last year. Great year!!
Thank you all whom attending my workshops.

I also was invited by Windmill Hill City Farm last September. It was some Pickling workshops.That was a great time!!!



I established Wado-jukuy (和道塾/Japanese cultural school) and holding some workshops and courses in various places in South West, England.
However, I can go any place in the UK, possibly Japan and Europe, when the workshops can be paid the expenses and a bit profit. 

This is for the Washoku (和食/Japanese Food) business. 
I will sell some Japanese food such as Mochi, Anko paste, stocks, teas etc.
